we have a cust with a time profile at doctors office.at 12 to 1 it goes to answering service
at 5pm to 8 am same scenario. Is there a way to override time profile,ex doctors decide to go to lunch earlier or longer passed 1
and if I remember it cant be done.

VMPro or R9.1 is the best solution to this.

But you can also put a dummy hunt group in front, make a button for setting it in Night Service or Out of Service.
Put in fallbacks for wherever you want the calls to go.

Kind regards

Gunnar

Thanks we will try that , and it shouldnt affect the time profile right?

Not the time profile itself, but you will override it on the particular Hunt Group(s) that follows after your newly inserted phantom Hunt Group.

Kind regards

Oh wait incoming calls go to the auto attendant 1st via vmpro

Then you are in heaven! [smile]

Just make a condition check on entry. Make button to enter a menu, setting the value of the condition.

"Welcome customer: Dial 1 for normal operation, 2 for early lunch, 3 for extended lunch, 4 for gone fishin'"

Kind regards

Gunnar
