Time Out Delay???

Is it possible to extend the time it takes for the system to Time Out while waiting for digits to be entered (i.e. dialing short code, then extn # *2xxx).

When the person starts to dial and has to look back for the extn, the system times out before you finish and then you get an incapable wave off).

I know we can delay the time before the system sends digits out to the PSTN, however I don't beleive that setting effects internal dialing.

Change the Dial delay time in the System/telephony Tab.
This sets how long the IPO will wait before proccesing the dialed digits.

Dial Delay Count sets the number of digits to wait for before processing & should normaly be greater then the number of extn digits. as soon as this number is met the IPO will start processing the dialed digits.
