I have a Cisco Call Manager Express version 12.4. The time is correct on the switch but 4 hours back on the phones. No matter what change I make to the time zones or anything affects the phones. Does anyone have any advice???
I was told by Cisco that the older phones (7940's & 7960"s) pull their time settings directly from teh router running the CME.
The newer phones derive their time zone settings individually, and can be set from teh following:
router#conf t
Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.
router(config)#telephony-service
router(config-telephony)#time-zone ?
<1-53> select timezone name used by IP phones (offset in minutes)

I tried the time zone setting, and that did not work. The issue is that the system time and the phone time are 4 hours off. The phones look like they are registered local. How do you confirm that?
Where is the Call Manager forum? Is it on the Cisco site?
