I set up a continuous snaphot of the system using system status. When I went back to replay the time of the events was slow by 36 minutes.

In other words if a call happened at 10:36am the time flag in the snapshot would say it happened at 10:30am.

The time on the system is correct as is the time on the computer doing the snapshot. Any idea where else to look?

I have seen many issues with time in SSA, I don't know where it gets it's time from sometimes (as you say system, handsets and PC running SSA can all be the same) and I have yet to find a fix/answer :)

As a test I tried to run a snapshot on another PC that had SSA loaded. The time was still off. Just wanted to make sure nothing was wrong on the PC.

i have also experienced this. With some trial and error i think i figured it out. As far as i can tell you will have to add the time the file was started to the time it says. I.E. i had a file that was starting at 0538 so midnight was actually 0538. Yeah i don't know why it does this when it is set to restart the file daily at midnight, not 0538.
