I need to set up an extension where after 5:30pm the users can't dial outside. As far as I understand it, I need to assign the extension to a COR that is assigned to a Time of Day routing plan which restricts that. Is that correct? I'm totally new to Avaya and I've just kinda been handed it with a minimum of training on the system so if anybody could take the time to help me out I would greatly appreciate that. An example would be really great.
