Time of Day not working correctly

Just to start off I am fairly new to this Avaya GEDI business so bare with me :).

I have a time of day set up as below:
Sun 0:00 116
Mon 0:00 116 6:00 101 18:00 116
Tue 0:00 116 6:00 101 18:00 116
Wed 0:00 116 6:00 101 18:00 116
Thu 0:00 116 6:00 101 18:00 116
Fri 0:00 116 6:00 101 18:00 116
Sat 0:00 116 6:00 101 18:00 116
Sun 0:00 116

The problem I am having is the no matter what time of day it really is it always goes to the coverage 116 even between 6:00-18:00 weekdays. Right now (Monday 11:57) it goes straight to cov 116.

Any way I can find out why its not following the time of day?

Is this on a station or hunt group?
If so, is the coverage path a whole number, or does it start with a "t"?

 
So I may have figured this out. Not sure if this was the cause but it started to work after it.
For the station the "location" field was empty so I added the correct location number and all of a sudden it started to work. Not sure if this was the true cause but it is working for now at least. I will give it a few days see if it sticks.
