Have an old option 11c, the time in LD 2 is correct but the phones don't reflect what is showing in LD 2. The only solution I've found is to unplug/plug in phone and then it shows correctly, but this is a hotel with numerous phones that need to be updated. Any ideas?

Run 44 in BKGD. In other words, if you hit return, does it ever say OVL111 44 BKGD

That is a normal behaviour,
time will be uodated when lamp Audit is running
time will be uodated when lamp Audit is running

Some versions of Option 11c systems had issues with Time differences. I think 4.5 was one particular release.
