Time linked formula

Hi all,

I work with an investment firm. I have a target cell pulling information from a stock quotes application on a continuous basis. I want the target cell to only pull that information once per day at 1PM rather than continuously.

I'm wondering if there is a command that can be added to the formula that would direct it on a time driven basis.
