time issue

ipo 412 3.2 vm pro

time in system is correct but on the phones still did not change

reboot fixed it but after an hour or so time went back to wrong time (1 hr ahead)

system time in call status is correct

any ideas?

i had the same problem with my 1120e's after the time change. but the 9630s and digital sets had the correct time on them. 1120e's are SIP extensions whereas the others are not... i still don't know why i had to reboot all of my 1120e's
 
i set it to their main server and also tried the vm server

i dont want to reboot the thing because it is ancient and i am afraid it wont come back up

3.1 does not support NTP. you need to use a PC running Manager or VM. If Manager is running before VM then VM will not act as time server.

Use Monitor to check the system time. If you watch for a bit you will see some lines in there with a time stamp.

check your time offset settings also.
