Time Incorrect Only on Scheduled Reports

I currently have an issue when I run a report that is capturing when an employee is reporting late to work. When I run the report in report studio the time is correct; however, when I schedule that same report to run it is not.

Example

Not scheduled
Name Date Start Time
Joe 5-1-09 8:00 AM

Scheduled
Name Date Start Time
Joe 5-1-09 5:00 AM

Is this a known issue? Your help is greatly appreciated!

The 3 hour difference makes me wonder if there is a TZ issue. What version of Cognos? Are the scheduled reports bursted? If so, in what format?
