Time Function

I have made a Calendar in EXCEL. I have a DATE and TIME (in 2 seperate columns). I would like that when the Calendar is open in the desktop and the date and time of the OS is equal to an item in the Calendar, a box/message is automatically displayed on screen. Is it possible, how?

I am assuming you want this pop up box so that it reminds you of important events. Instead of using excel to do this, you might to better off to use Outlook's calendar functions. In here, you can set appointments, reminders, contacts, etc... I use it and it's great.
