If (DateDiff("s". rst!Tx_Time, rst2!Tx_Time)<60 then

what happen if records Tx_Time has

5:42:18 AM rst
7:26:38 AM rst2

Does this mean that it only evaluates :18 and :38 <60, if so, what if i need it to evaluate time difference and not just the between seconds. 5:42:18 - 7:26:38 is almost 2 hours different and not 60 seconds.???

hi Ebee,

it will use the full time, not just the seconds, similarly MsgBox DateDiff("s", "25/12/01 5:42:18 AM", "27/12/01 7:26:38 AM") will give you a LARGE number,

thanks, I still have other issues with my program, i just want to confirm that the time is going to be what i wanted it to do.
