Time change & Busy tone

I have 2 problems

1. STD command to change the time & date.. what format do i need to input ? its asking for the date first..


2. also i have a pot phone that can call out but when i call the user its always busy... changed cabling and the phone ?

1. The format fot STD is DD MM YY HH MM
Day, month, year, hour & min. All two digits.

2. A bit of a guess, but I would go for Do Not Disturb.
Set by dialling #5, & cancelled by ##5.

Time of day is in 24hr format

You can check extension status from the operators console - dial the op assist code plus the extn number from the console and the display will show any features invoked by the user.
