I have a timberwolf stk 9730. However when powering on it always displays the message - door open. The unit will not function whilst it thinks the door is open. I've done the obvious thigns and door does close and lock ok, but still display the message.
So does anyone know how to over ride this ? or secondly where the sensor is located ?

any response much appreciated am pulling my hair out with it now !

The components behind the operator panel include a magnetic proximity switch. Possibly the lever behind the lock is not getting near enough to the magnet to operate it, or the magnet has moved out of position. If it all looks OK then maybe the sensor has gone bad. You could try cut the sensor wires and join them together. The ops panel comes off easy enough to get access.

The part number of the entire ops panel is 313114303.

Thanks very much for your answer, i did join the wires together to bypass the sensor and it now works ! totally amazing. thanks again, much appreciated.
