Does anyone know how to display a multi page tif in html or should the file be converted to something else? I want to be able to view multiple images by hitting a button.

Thanks
Frank

Only gif or jpg. Can't use tif in html.

Perhaps you could look at Coffee Cup - it's a cheap little editor which includes a photo album feature so you can have lots of photos as thumbnails and click to view them.

Most browsers also support PNG files. -----------------------

The support for PNG is pretty poor really. A lot of browsers will display PNG files but to varying degrees of satisfaction. For example, IE can't handle transparencies in PNG files, which IMHO is one of the main reasons for using PNG files in the first place.

Roll on IE7 which apparently will have full PNG support. Mind you, they said that before they released IE4... --
