TIE LINE rings busy

I have an Tie line between two sites used Avaya & opt 61
It was working for the longest time but recently
We had a issue with outbound dialing .
I chg the rli route to local T1
and it works fine but if I chg it back
and try to dial AC2 1+234+XXXX I get a fast busy .
Please help ..I will send whatever print out you need unpon request

Try making a test call and tracking it LD 80:

TRCK 0 XXXX ( DN of set you are calling from ) and hit enter as you make the call. Post the results here.

if you're dialing across the TIE why are you dialing 1+ (i'm guessing) NXX then extenstion number

If you're using CDP then its simply DSC or TSC, if using UDP, then AC1/2 + LOC + extension.

let me chg the RLI route back to the Tie line and I will post in a few mins

looks its not leaving here ? vendor said thier testing revealed its loop back from site to site

Why are you dialing 1?

Can you post the AC2 LOC (or whatever routing you are using) printout?

Where is West Hills? Central Valley?
