My system is option 1C
There is a connection between my central (hotel 1) and another place central (hotel 2)
When I need to call a room in (hotel 2) I dial 77 then the extension number(xxxx).
Also when (hotel 2) need to call me, he dial 77 then my extension number (yyyy).
I heard that the IT engineer in (hotel 2) use this connection to use my trunk code and get the my external line.
How can he know my trunk code without I tell him (I mean can he inter central and print my feature codes ) and how he use the trunk code to get my external line.
Thank you

make any call. local or ld or tie trunk.. put the call on hold then pick it back up on a display set... that is the "acod".. access code.. if i call the operator, ask for a number in hotel 2, she transfers the call.. if i put that on hold, and pick it up i have the code..

anyone that logs into a switch can find a quick pass-thru without a second thought... if i log in to a switch i have never touched.. i (or anyone) can bypass all ncos, auth codes.. and cdr.. in under 60 seconds.. for any phone i want to... you have to trust "us" or keep us out of your system... and no you can not block the acod... you can program around it.. but it is not something i can talk someone through on the web.. if you have someone block it locally, they of course will still know the bypass.. and there has to be a bypass or no one can use the trunks...

Thank you sir
But my phone is analog set so the number not appear
Is there another way?
And
How can I from my switch enter his switch and print his features?

He would have to know your system user name and password and either access your system through the onsite terminal or through a dial up modem.

You can block your TIE trunks from being able to access your local trunks using TGAR and TARG. However, be careful as you may also block yourself if all trunks are using the default TARG of 1. If this is the case you can change your TIE trunks to be a TGAR of 4 and then change the TARG on your local calling route to a 4, thus blocking the TIE trunks from going out over your local trunks. If he is just dialing 77 plus 9 ( usually the ESN AC1 code)then you will have to turn on the use of TARG in your ESN plan( LD 87).

TARG and TGAR are the only way to block direct access via a access code. The access code bypasses NCOS ( BARS/ NARS), but you can still block it via TGAR/TARG
