Thumbnail for any file

Hi there,

I'm trying to find some good C#/VB .NET code/free compiled library for extracting thumbnails of any file that supports this through shell. Most importantly MS Office files, but a method to try it with other files would be welcome to.

I've looked around and found some C# code, but I can't get it work properly (invalid clipboard format exception).

Any pointers would be appreciated!

The author claims this should work with windows forms as well as asp.net but he has not tried yet.
