Throughput reg. tweak

Can anyone inform me how to improve my throughput through a AS2000 reg. tweak? I thought I had read one somewhere before and now I can't find it. We have an IBM Ultrium LTO drive if that makes a diff.

increase the tcp window size in the registry... Happiness is a daily decision
