Threshold line in bar chart?

How to show a line in a bar chart that represends a threshold?
 
Select the chart, right click->chart analyzer->format chart->grid->data axis tab->grids->check "Draw custom line at: " and enter the value of the y-axis where you want the line to appear.

Thanks lbass! Although I am using CR9 and there is no Report analyzer, I figure it out from your hints. However, how can I change the threshold line colour or make this line thicker?
 
NVM, I got it now. Just highlight the line and chick options for the chosen object. Thanks to you anyway.
 
I would like to add this trend line value from external source. Anyone knows any JAVA function for it? Many thanks.
