Hello All,

I am using CR10 against an Oracle 9i database. I'm pulling from one table with a where clause that needs to be slightly different to bring back three result sets that I will called -- closed, response and resolution records. I need to chart these records grouped by month. This data was presented in separate reports, now I'm asked to present in one report to show trends in the three result sets in one chart. My question is how best to present. I tried combining all in one report with the where clause of all three in the record selection, but could not match the numbers from the individual report. I also tried placing the filter (where clause) into a formula for each (closed, response and resolution) and to no avail. I'm about to throw in the towel and just combine the original reports into one (2 subreports and 1 main report) and present the data in three charts. Can I truly present data from three separate data sources into one chart or crosstab? Thanks in advance.

Use a running total to get the various totals from the same set of records, without the selection. You should be able to chart from that.

Madawc,

Thanks for the quick response. I never thought about using runninging totals -- I'll give it shot. Thanks.
