I have 3 BM32s connected to a regular 1616 with POE as well as an external power brick. I am having different intermittent issues with it. Right after restart everything works, about half an hour later all of the lights turn off but it still works. After a while the lights turn on where they are supposed to however the 3rd console thinks it has the buttons that are programmed on the 2nd console.

I have swapped the consoles around however I don't have any more to actually swap them out. I didn't think of it until i started writing this but I will try using a non POE port with just the power brick in case the POE is overriding the brick somehow.

When you say power brick, is this a PoE style power brick or plug in transformwer??

I have a site with 2 BM32's and the 2nd has never really worked. 1st one (closest to phone) is fine.

It's been replicated at our disty and Tier 3.

Still waiting for a fix 4/5 weeks in.

I've got 1616i with 2 BM32's on an IP500v2 6.0(8)

It is a HP POE switch and a plug in transformer. 8 Weeks after install the customer's IT almost has the routing between VLANs set up then we are just going to set them up with softconsole.
