I set up Rad , then form 17 pointed it to the Hunt group. but the guest doesn't hear the audio even though i can go and listen to the audio in the rad set up the greeting shows 10 sec recording in the hunt group options .

Any Advice or guidance Please. Also it worked at one time.

yes I have it set up automatic wake up for this Tennent as the HG 601 that has the vmail ports that im using

Is option 134 in Form 4 enabled?
What RAD greeting number did you select when recording the greeting?
In form 49, did you assign the RAD greeting sets to the RAD ports?
In form 17, you created a RAD hunt group. Did you then remove a few voice mail ports from the VM hunt group and add them to the RAD hunt group?
Make sure your RAD hunt group type is set to recording.
Set the RAD greeting set that you programmed in form 49.
Create a RAD COS. You only enable option 223 in this COS. All others should be disabled.
Go into form 9 and change the RAD VM ports COS to the RAD COS.
