Thousands of FSA*.TMP Files! Can't Delete...

Hi, I have thousands of fsa*.tmp files on my computer. Every time I try to save a file I am told that it already exists and then i click ok, a fsa*.tmp file is created AND the file I'm saving - however that file is empty.

I also cannot delete ANY files. I have changed nothign in my system (ie rights, etc.)

No luck. Best help that I have found is to do a system restore. However, the problem still occurs!
