Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone has any opinions on utilizing SSD drives for SQL-server, and whether SSD has changed the long-accepted RAID strategies and shifted the Advantage/Disadvantage matrix for the various RAID types due to the fundamental differences of SSD drives?
Also, does anyone have experience in production using SSD for SQL Server and any hard performance metrics you'd be willing to share?
Thanks,
--Jim
