Current config:
Windows 2000 Domain Controllers
7 front/back end stand-alone MS Exchange 2003 on Windows 2000 Server OS.

I've done enough research on planning/implementing the upgrade and am in the process creating a test environment and was wondering if anyone has come across any hurdles building Windows 2003 Server w/ Exchange 2003 on a Windows 2000 domain?

Hi,

No major snafus, although I installed E2k3 on new clustered Win2k3 boxes (in a Win2k domain environment), a bit differentthan you. Getting Groupshield installed correctly on a cluster was an interesting treat.

Thanks for your reply. Another question. I've pretty much received all the hardware for the test environment and am in the process of building it.

How do I go about configuring exchange for a test environment? I can't seem to find many articles on the net discussing this. Obviously this test environment will have NO outside connectivity, just only internal for the public/private/iSCSI connectivity.

DNS/MX Records????

Got the exchange test environment up & running. Anyone recommend any tools to create hundreds or thousands of mailboxes and messages in a exchange environment? I would like to test our cluster in a high mail usage test environment.

Thanks in advance
