This weekend is the end of 7 digit dialing in the US.

To prepare for 988 - National Suicide Prevention rollout next year, all carriers are supposed to disable 7 digit dialing on the 24th. For most systems there should be no impact however you may have issues with local trunks at gateway sites. You may want to review your ARS rules and send any 7 digit dialed call to an announcement notifying the end user they must now dial 10/11 digits.
 
Reading the FCC notification, this only effects the locations with 988 in the local exchange. I would think, however, that at some point we're all going to have to transition to 10/11 digit dialing.
