Can't remember the exact release/version the cust is on, my apologies, but I believe it is 4.0(12). The general mailbox is x1000, which is also the extension of the switchboard. Apparently it receives messages that are not from real calls (no info on call details #, etc.) that only seems to happen afterhours or weekends and its apparently intermittent. Every message is also the same "your call cannot be completed as dialed, please hang up and try..." or something along those lines. Any clues, suggestions, resolutions? I told the customer to try a reboot when theres an opportunity, it's been over 6 months since the last reboot, but I've seen weird things get correct by a simple reboot in the past...
