Thin wire module error

I am having a hard time find help with this, any info or direction on this would be greatly appreciated. Here is the situation.

I am running:

Windows 2000 Terminal Server
MetaFrame XP
NFuse 1.6 - published apps are launched using Java client

All current service packs have been applied.

The problem is with Word XP and Outlook XP (Excel and PowerPoint have not been installed).

When accessing the menu bar, a Java error is generated (see below) and the session is closed. Restarting the session brings you back to where you left off and if the menu choice launched a dialog (such as Tools > Options) that dialog is open.

This does not happen if a button is clicked on the toolbars - only from the menu.

This does not happen with the standard ICA client.

This only happens in the Office XP applications.

Menu animation is disabled. Personalized menus are disabled.

The Java error is as follows:

Fatal Exception from Thinwire Module Internal error
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: null

Sorry I had the wrong information....below is the correct info.....

When trying to do spell check or find and replace or searching email the user gets the following error.
