can't the file server. She keeps getting an error message: Access to the resource has been disallowed. Any help would be appreciated.

A bit more info may be required, e.g what OS they are running and what they trying to do when they receive the error.

Figured it out, thanks. It was a problem with the path from the terminal server to the file server.
