Does anyone know how i can stop these e-mails flooding our office!

we use server 2000 with exchange 2000 also

ive tried spam protection but it doesnt seem to work

Block the domains from those e-cards.

I have two spam filters, a hardware and software, and still a few slip through every day to my users.

Like I tell them...we block over 25,000 per day, I think that's pretty good.

I'm Certifiable, not cert-ified.

Im looking to stop at least some of them as they flood in at about 10 per user each day!

I have a Barracuda hardware device which feeds mail to my Exchange server which is running GFI (an older version, but it still works).

I'm Certifiable, not cert-ified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.

How to stop them, and others, is up to your budget.
GFI does a great job for Exchange, but there is a cost of course.
Otherwise, you can simply refuse mail from these domains.

The "e-cards" that he is referring to are the new form of spam coming through. Blocking the domains won't help since they're like any other spam infestation.

There is a new patch for GFi that bins emails that just contain a PDF under 30kb. It is a new version of antispam.dll. Simple update.
