Thesarus Question Office 97

Hi All:

Quick Question: I have a user who is running office97 on his computer. When he attempts to use the thesarus it appears but has no suggestions. This occurs for any word that we attempt to lookup. Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this? I reinstalled office97 on his machine and this did not correct the problem. It is possible that the issue is related to his profile, however I would rather not remove the profile and recreate the profile as Im dealing with a whiney user. Thank you!!!

iXPhound, the same thing occurred about a year ago to one of our employees. I reinstalled Office 97 (twice), but this did not fix the problem. Finally, I uninstalled Office 97, ran eraser97.exe (downloaded from Microsoft's web site), and did a new "custom" installation. This worked!
