Hi, I've come across a nasty message that's bothering me.
Context: Following a VM problem, my service provider reinstalled a VM of Avaya IP OFFICE 11.0.4.7.0 build 60. They have restored the licences and backups from the old version.
Now when I connect to the webmanager I get the following message: The Web Manager is not fully operational. Functionality is limited.
Once inside everything works but still this message.
have you ever had this problem?
Thanks for your help

Hi,

So, the service provider re-created the sd-card?

If that is the case, they may have not included the web manager files. Just giving a blind shot on this.

Thank you for your feedback
the supplier recreated a virtual machine with Avaya IP OFFICE 11.0.4.7.0 build 60. he had made a backup of all the elements of the old virtual machine and we reintegrated them into the new machine.
everything is green in the console at service level the Web Manager is green but I still get this message.
At the start I'm having trouble accessing the interface, as if everything was being set up, but as time goes by it goes away and I'm able to use all the functions correctly.
everything looks functional but just the message

By VM you mean "virtual machine". Bad abbreviation to use as easily confused with "voice mail" as @deadinthefield has.

But his suspicion may be right, some of the files that drive web manager may have been messed up or some in the restored backup don't match the version on which they are running. I would get hold of the 11.0.4.8 ISO file and do an upgrade.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

I'm sorry for the term. I'm not from the telephony world but more of a systems administrator. I'll have to check with my service provider because basically we've put back the same version that I had with a reintegration of the backups. We got the message and to see if it could remove the message we upgraded. But maybe there was a corruption in the backups. I'll look into it.
thank you very much for your help
