The Voicemail Pro on a Server Edition IPO R9.0 is showing an offlive status

Dear experts,

I am working on a IPO setup with a Primary, Secondary and two expansions.. For some reasons the Voicemail Pro on both Primary and Secondary are showing "offline" status via the Webmanager .. Is there a way to force them online? The VM Pro services are started on both servers though.. The 1XP on the primary is online and looks normal

Any hints is highly appreciated!

Also the Expansion servers are not showing at all on the Webcontrol?? Any ideas?
