Hello,

When I perform a full backup of mailboxes (MSEXCH:MB), I found in nsrxchsv.log many errors like this: Error STG_E_MEDIUMFULL: The temporary disk used for Private Mailbox backup is full.

Where Legato makes temporary disk? On both backup server and Exchange server is enough space, so I dont know, where is the problem? Can anyone help?

And there are another errors: Error MAPI_E_TABLE_TOO_BIG: The Private Mailbox folder may contain more than the maximum allowable number (16383) of items.

There are some limitations on mailboxes? Why? I cant found anything in documentation...

Thanks for tips...

Hi Jan,

the temporary data is stored in the subfolder of the Legato client directory (?:\Program Files\Legato\nsr\tmp). Is there enough space available? If not uninstall the client software and reinstall it to a different location.

Thanks for answer. On disk, where client is installed, is about 3,5 GB of free disk space. Dont you know, how much free space legato needs?

Jan

Hmmm - for testing, start a manual backup of the mailboxes and monitor the tmp directory with the explorer (press F5 to refresh the status). 3,5 GB could be a problem if you have large mailboxes.
