Point some fans at it???
Any ideas????

You could try pointing some fans at it and see whether this has an effect. Being located in Scotland has it's advantages sometimes!!!!

Hey I live in Cork, in south of Ireland!!!!
Its not particularly hot outside, just in here :(
no ventillation, windows only open partially....
more like a tin box than an office!!!
guess I will try some fans,
Thanks

You might want to talk to those who hold the purse strings. Speaking from experience, if you are getting regular messages that the system is getting hot, you are going to start getting hardware failures, usually starting with the disks.

Our central air wasn't strong enough to keep our computer room cool enough, so we had to get some portable cooling units -- a pain in the neck because you always have to empty the bins of water they wring out of the air, but our systems like the cooler room.

I have had the same error messages on L2000

Sometimes our air conditioner "gets jacked"
and will not cool.

I have seen the machine shut itself down.
I believe it will go down at 96 degree F.

Can anyone confirm what temp it will shutdown?

I believe it is 35 degrees C.

Best to get Air Conditioning. This shoulh have been thought about by Management when planning the installation along with power management.

Best regards
