The supervise command

Good Day,

We have a dah process supervised. What does the supervise command do?

[autonomy@sbkj2ksrchdahp02 scripts]$ ps -ef | grep dah
root 5756 5366 0 May05 ? 00:00:00 supervise dah.exe
root 28962 5756 0 Jun14 ? 00:00:00 /sbin/runuser autonomy -c cd /opt/autonomy/DAH;chmod +x dah.exe; exec ./dah.exe >> /opt/autonomy/DAH/run.log 2>&1
