the store service is chrashed

Due to a bad organisation and not enough disk space our exchange is chrashed. (

When starting up exchange server the program can't startup the "store" service.

err: "The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."

does anybody know how to resolve this prob or ... where i can find the data on harddisk...

Try MS article Q185577. Check the NT event log and varify you situation meets the article's criteria. As far as the database you are looking for priv.edb and pub.edb. They are generally found in the mdbdata folder within the exchsrvr directory. The process described in the above referenced article, may not restore your data, (hope you have a backup copy). In a nut shell, you need to rebuild the exchange databases. Please remember to make sure the databases are not read only. If they are (read only)the rebuild will fail.

If you have another hard drive you can copy the priv.edb and the pub.edb to a seperate hard drive. Rebuild the exchange server with enough hard drive space using the same organisation and site name. You will have to use the eseutil. The only problem is that when you run out of hard drive space the priv.edb will be very fragmented and very difficult to keep started. I had to build a secondary server so users could receive emails and use exmerge to recover all the users old emails

You will also need to place the dir.ebd (DSADATA folder) back into a new setup as well. The log files in MDBDATA folder should also be moved if you want to attempt to recoup any mail that had been received or sent during the day. Be sure they are in the directory in correct hex order.

The emails and mailbox are one prob another is the addres book .... same solution or someting else ?

For the address books you can always just do an export of the address books and save them to a shared drive. Then on the new server import them back in. you should not have any problems with them.
