Is this a msg that I should worry about? I receive it quite frequently?

The store.exe process is allocating more memory than usual.

Check to see if you are having problems with e-mail. If so, stop and then restart the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service.

You can disable this alert or change its threshold by using the Change Alert Notifications task in the Server Management Monitoring and Reporting taskpad.
 
The store.exe is designed to use a fair old chunk of available memory, so it's not terribly worrying. Have you installed any Exchange service packs without the corresponding SBS service packs?
 
Did that start after you installed an SP? If so, you're getting that because after SP1, Exchange labels memory a little different. It's not using any more than before, it's just called something different now, so the performance alert triggers. You can disable that monitor in the SBS console.
