Go to the HP site....they have online tech support where you can actually chat, in a java\irc chat room with tech support who have the best knowledge of where the power button is and things like that.

They really are very good....most of the time, especially on the printer department. The Home PC tech support however, is less than enthrawling.

I had the same problem, I restarted the server after installing the driver and it was fixed.
