The speaker button isn't giving dial tone at extension.

I have tried swapping phones and the speaker works at the new location but not at the original and vise versa. The key is programmed as spkr. I'm not sure where to check to get the button to work properly. Thank you for any assistance.

Could it be that headset mode is set?, try doing trsf 110 and scrolling through the options to check.
