I kept getting this error in Windows Vista Entprise.

Thanks so much for the response. I'll jump to that link and take a look.
 
{E10F6C3A-F1AE-4ADC-AA9D-2FE65525666E} in the Registry is something to do with Profile Notification Hosts and Userenv.dll, you could check the Access Permissions on those too.


There is no edit, you can use the "Inappropriate post?
If so, Red Flag it!" link at the end of the post and ask Management to remove your post because of an error you may have made. They're pretty good about those type of things.
 
Okay, the permission on the registry key is:

CREATOR OWNER: Special Permission
SYSTEM: Full Control, Read
Administrators: Full Control, Read
Users: Read

As for the C:\Windows\Userenv.dll
SYSTEM: Read & Execute & Read
Administrators: Read & Execute & Read
Users: Read & Execute & Read
TrustedInstaller: Full control, Modify, Read & Execute & Read, Write, Sepcial Permission
