Hi folks
A kind of unusual question for this board- due to some moves and reorganizations we do not need 2 PIM's capacity of our old 2000IPS any more.
So I plan moving all analog/digital subscribers to one PIM and also we get rid of some E1 trunks.
What is right way of decreasing configured sets after I moved all needed to PIM0?
How to delete routes configured?
Or "cheap and dirty" way would work also - I leave all unused boards in PIM1 and just disconnect it from the main PIM without logically deleting it in DB?

Thanks in advance

If there are no common use cards in the additional PIMs, you can just power the PIMs down.
As an end user, it's probably best to just leave it programmed as is. You will need to delete and reassign any stations or trunks that you wish to re-locate. And move cross connects. Create a database back up first, using MatWorX.

Thanks, belevedere. OK, let's leave it as it is, just power down PIM.
