the restore failed to recover the requested files(5)

Hi All,

I'm unable to restore from several tapes & I've tried on 2 separate Master Servers.

I have just had a server failure & need to restore data to another Win 2003 Server & I'm receiving the following status with an incomple job:

"the restore failed to recover the requested files(5)"

Below is the contents of the detailed ststus:
