Hi, I am using CR 2008 connected to a SQL SERVER 2005 database through an OLE DB connection.

I added about 70 database fields (numbers) to a report footer (one field below the next) and I am getting the error in the subject line above. I have the setting to not Keep Together set, but it seems like that is what it id trying to do. These 70 fields are longer than one section. I know that I can break this into multiple report footers, but I'd rather not if possible. Any ideas why this is happening?

Thanks.

Are you certain you are working in the report footer and not in the page footer? I've only seen this error message for page headers or footers.

Hey Lbass-

Yeah, I'm positive, it's Report Footer G out of a total BV. The weird thing is I've had much, much longer report footers than this in CR 11. I haven't programmed much in CR 2008 yet, and I'd never come across this error before. The Report Footer takes up about 2 pages.

Sorry for second-guessing you. I don't really know why that's happening either then, and I don't have CR2008.
