The number on the display disappears when second line come in 1

I have a M2616 phone with 2 lines. When the thelephonist is already online with someone and gets another call, the phone number of the person already online is cleared and indicate the number of the other caller and that even if that line was not answered. Therefore, he loses the number of the person with whom he speaks.

I'd set CLS ADD and see if that works better for you. You are CLS TDD today.

I'm using CS1000 Telephony Manager. I put a screenshot of the CLS options that I have. What option would be CLS ADD in the list in the screenshot.

Those are not the options for display. Look for the Name Display drop down and pick "Automatic Digit Display" rather than "Tandem Digit Display"

I'm not suggesting my idea is "better" - because most people WANT to see who is calling them while they are on the first line.
