The NAL shell, MS Encarta 2K, and you.....

Anyone installed Microsoft Encarta 2000 using snAppShot and having the NAL shell active? If so, please let me know how. Seems that the only way I can get the application to run is to have the standard, explorer shell active. Would like to avoid that for security purposes if possible.
