I am setting up a new computer for a user that access my network via Citrix. Everything works fine for him locally, however when I log in as him in a Citrix session and attempt to access his e-mail via Outlook I get:

'Unable to open your default e-mail folders. The Microsoft Exchange Server Computer is not available. Either there are network problems or the Microsoft Exchange Server Computer is down for maintenance'

The information here is not true, as the Exchange Server IS up and NOT down for maintenance, and I can access it via other profiles. Any suggestions? I have already deleted his Outlook folder in his profile (non-caching) and get the same result.

Sounds like a permissions issue with Exchange. What version of Exchange are you running?

The problem has been solved, thanks. It did turn out to be a permissions issue -
