Every time I close an VB development environment I get the message

"The instruction at 0x004581f1 referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be read. Clik OK to terminate the program. Click Cancel to debug the program."

I created a test project with just a form and one control on it with no code and still got this message. But it didn't happen if I placed a command button control or radio button control. With any other control on the form I get this message as soon as I am trying to close the project or compile it. It happens on my Windows2000 machine and doesn't happen on Windows98. I tryed to reinstall VB and it didn't help.

Any ideas? Please help!
