the loop don´t respond and the bug4118 appears

I want some help, about what to do, the solution is disable the loop and enable again, but is matter of time to happend again

IF THIS IS CONTINUALLY HAPPENING YOU HAVE A CARD ON THAT SHELF THAT IS OR IS GOING BAD CHECK YOUR CARDS AND CALL YOUR VENDER
